- Proven expertise in firewall and proxy systems
- Strong understanding of datacenter fabric architectures and routing protocols
- Experience supporting L1/L2 network incidents and root-cause analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration, and influencing decision-making
- Experience securing Kubernetes workloads and networking
Tasks
- Lead daily team health checks
- Consolidate status reports
- Receive and validate firewall opening requests
- Implement firewall requests according to security and change control
- Serve as primary contact for Level-1 support
- Diagnose network incidents
- Assess network involvement in incidents
- Escalate complex cases to specialists
- Develop firewall/proxy infrastructure
- Harden firewall/proxy infrastructure
- Evolve firewall/proxy infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network and security incidents
- Provide technical support for network and security incidents
