Tasks
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on critical aerospace components
- Supervise NDT activities using UT, PT, ET, and VT methods
- Conduct inspections to ensure product conformity during initial operations
- Define and validate NDT techniques per EN 4179 / NAS 410 standards
- Approve NDT techniques based on customer-specific requirements
- Develop inspection procedures and maintain traceability of results
- Lead the implementation of automated and advanced inspection systems
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to address non-conformities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NDT process
- Contribute to the establishment of the NDT department, including training and mentoring Level 2 inspectors
