Requirements
- •Certified Level 3 according to EN 4179 / NAS 410
- •Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – required
- •Penetrant Testing (PT) – required
- •Visual Testing (VT) – required
- •Eddy Current Testing (ET) – preferred
- •X-Ray testing (RT) - preferred
- •Additional Level III certification according to ASNT-TC-1A (ASNT Level III) or ISO 9712 is highly preferred
- •8+ years of experience in aerospace, space, defense, or similarly demanding industries
- •Proven expertise in inspection of composite materials and welded aerospace structures
- •Knowledge of automated or advanced NDT systems is a strong asset
- •Ability to interpret aerospace drawings, technical specifications, and standards
- •Strong documentation, reporting, and procedure-writing skills
- •English fluency (working language)
- •Balance of hands-on operational mindset and strategic vision
- •Autonomous, structured, and motivated to build a new capability from scratch
- •Open, collaborative, and comfortable working in an international environment

- •Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on critical aerospace components
- •Supervise NDT activities using UT, PT, ET, and VT methods
- •Conduct inspections to ensure product conformity during initial operations
- •Define and validate NDT techniques per EN 4179 / NAS 410 standards
- •Approve NDT techniques based on customer-specific requirements
- •Develop inspection procedures and maintain traceability of results
- •Lead the implementation of automated and advanced inspection systems
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to address non-conformities
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NDT process
- •Contribute to the establishment of the NDT department, including training and mentoring Level 2 inspectors
