  • Strong passion for premium spirits
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Self-starting, resilient, agile, and competitive approach
  • Highly structured approach with strong administrative rigor
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

  • Drive the rollout of the premium core and super premium portfolio
  • Sell the history and heritage of the portfolio confidently
  • Build relationships with key influencers in the gastronomy scene
  • Engage decision makers across the On Trade network
  • Ensure visibility of products to consumers
  • Drive awareness and brand passion
  • Set performance benchmarks for distribution excellence
  • Manage team performance in line with Diageo standards
  • Oversee third-party service delivery end to end
  • Ensure high-quality briefings and budget adherence
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with partners
  • Establish effective communication flows and meeting structures
  • Partner with Commercial Transformation to manage risks
  • Support governance and run performance reviews with partners
  • Provide input for leadership updates as needed
