Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations, or Business Management, or equivalent professional experience in manufacturing
- 7-8 years experience in outside sales, industrial or automation manufacturing, with track record of nurturing and selling to net new customers, meeting and exceeding quota targets, ideally in complex sales cycles
- Business to Business Sales experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of QAD Redzone’s products/services
- Passion for selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
