Advising enterprise clients on data, analytics, and AI platform strategy. Proven track record exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software required. Strategic engagement with C-level stakeholders, co-selling with major cloud vendors.
Requirements
- Experience developing relationships with large Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling Big Data, Data & AI/Analytics or complex cloud technology solutions
- Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models
- Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience co-developing business cases with C-level Executives
- Leverage sales methodologies such as value-based selling, MEDDPIC, Challenger sales
- Travel to be onsite with customers (up to 40% travel)
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Take ownership of key enterprise accounts
- Set bold strategies to exceed revenue and consumption goals
- Execute strategies with pace and precision
- Build trust with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Act as a data and AI advisor
- Create and shape new business opportunities
- Expand strategic use cases for platform adoption
- Mobilize the Databricks ecosystem for customer value
- Lead insight-led negotiations
- Close complex, multi-year opportunities
