- •3+ years MongoDB experience or 5+ years distributed software administration
- •Experience with MongoDB versions 3.0 through 8
- •Strong knowledge of backup & recovery strategies
- •In-depth knowledge of MongoDB internal methodologies
- •Experience managing MongoDB across various infrastructures
- •Familiarity with Percona tools (plus)
- •Independent assessment of customer environment issues
- •Capability in change management and implementation
- •Adherence to incident management and procedures
- •Strong written English communication skills
- •Ability to write technical documentation
- •Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
- •Ability to explain complex technical concepts
- •Positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude
- •Eagerness to learn database management systems
- •Willingness to contribute to process improvement
- •Design and maintenance of Sharded Clusters
- •Proficiency in Linux environments
- •Experience with MongoDB Atlas and Cloud Manager
- •Proven experience in cluster migration
- •Experience with major programming languages
- •Optimization of full-stack infrastructure and Kubernetes
- •Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
- •Proficiency with configuration management or automation tools
- •Capacity to create scripts and automation playbooks
