  • Empower teams to sell Lenovo portfolio
  • Accelerate growth in IDG PC
  • Deliver revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets
  • Ensure balanced growth in transactional and solution selling
  • Guide transformation to data-driven, digitally enabled models
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
  • Monitor market trends and performance risks
  • Adjust focus and priorities as needed
  • Optimize coverage
  • Establish effective co-selling model with Channel team
  • Ensure joint account planning
  • Define clear roles and aligned execution
  • Partner with Channel leadership for growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop MidMarket GAT Managers
  • Ensure strong people leadership
  • Manage performance and succession readiness
  • Develop leadership and team capabilities
  • Set consistent leadership standards
  • Sponsor talent development
  • Contribute to OHRP and leadership reviews
  • Establish strong operating cadence
  • Maintain forecasting, pipeline quality, and business reviews
  • Manage KPIs for productivity, conversion, solution adoption, and customer experience
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues
  • Drive consistency and operational excellence
  • Maintain senior-level customer engagement
  • Partner with Marketing, Channel, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance
  • Represent GAT MidMarket in EMEA initiatives
