Requirements
- 3+ years data analytics and data modeling experience
- Building advanced reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or similar
- Developing scalable, user-friendly dashboards with best practices, preferably Tableau or similar
- Translating finance/business requirements into KPIs, data models, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with GTM and leadership
- Solid technical foundation with business acumen in finance
- Business acumen in stakeholder management and data visualization
Tasks
- Build and maintain data models for financial performance
- Track key KPIs across customer lifecycle
- Create intuitive dashboards for self-service analytics
- Translate data into clear business insights
- Support decision-making with quantitative analysis
- Contribute to data-driven OKRs
- Ensure reliable and structured data collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor recurring revenue, payback, and lifetime value
- Analyze customer acquisition cost
- Support merchant segmentation and performance tracking
