Requirements

  • University degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Pharmacy
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Track record of successful KOL management
  • Experience in Medical Training & Support
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ideally familiar with agile working methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex scientific data
  • Fluent in English language
  • German and further language skills advantageous
  • Strong teamwork and proactive communication
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Develop scientific relationships with global thought leaders
  • Educate customers on product portfolios and indications
  • Plan and implement international medical and scientific events
  • Organize congress symposia and healthcare professional workshops
  • Conduct medical product trainings for B2B partners
  • Facilitate advisory boards with leading international experts
  • Provide medical expertise to the medico-marketing team
  • Approve medical content for marketing materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards
  • Present scientific content across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Support local Investigator Initiated Trials
  • Address medical information requests as a regional contact
  • Maintain KOL relationships to support product positioning
  • Provide medical support to regional distribution partners
  • Facilitate the exchange of medical best practices
  • Integrate patient needs into studies and education programs
  • Develop scientific content for communication platforms
  • Disseminate data while ensuring integrity and compliance
  • Execute operations according to established SOPs and policies
