Requirements

• •Familiarity with electronic industry verticals (advantageous)
• •Ability to interpret technical documentation
• •Excellent judgment in validating technical claims
• •Experience editing and writing engineering content

Tasks

• •Lead technical and editorial content development from kickoff to final approval
• •Manage and coach a pool of technical writers on guidelines and AI tools
• •Support sales and CSM teams with pre-planning for large-scale content projects
• •Lead customer kickoff calls to extract engineering requirements and context
• •Select and assign writers based on domain expertise and campaign needs
• •Prepare or delegate the creation of accurate content outlines
• •Perform technical and editorial quality assurance on outlines and drafts
• •Direct revision cycles with precise feedback to ensure high-quality content
• •Approve final content for delivery to the Customer Success team
• •Collaborate with project managers on campaign timelines and workflows
• •Provide technical input for social media and media operations campaigns
• •Source and hire new writers to meet future customer needs
• •Manage writer costs and assign projects within established budgets
