Requirements
- •Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred, knowledge of PDM systems is a plus)
- •Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, prototyping, and electrical wiring
- •Practical workshop skills: 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, drill press
- •Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles (kinematics, dynamics, tolerances, manufacturability)
- •Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
- •Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- •Fluent in English; German or Chinese skills are a plus
- •Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer installations and support
- •Experience in robotics, automation, or system integration
- •Knowledge of electronics, sensors, and camera systems (e.g., ZED, Intel RealSense)
- •Familiarity with technical standards and compliance in robotics/mechatronics
- •Degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- •Self-driven with a passion for cutting-edge robotics technology
- •Detail-oriented with a focus on robust system design
- •Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced development cycle
