- Select materials and manufacturing processes for plastic parts, including injection molding and 3D printing
- Support external service providers and suppliers in toolmaking and series production
- Perform tolerance analyses, FEM calculations, and design reviews
- Conduct virtual assembly (DFA) to optimize assembly and service processes
- Execute D-FMEA
- Manage the buildup and validation of prototypes
