Requirements

  • Master's Degree or PhD in relevant technical discipline
  • Seasoned MDAO practitioner, preferable with aeronautics engineering experience
  • Knowledge of SE, MBSE, and simulation techniques
  • Past experience in engineering of aeronautic systems or similar complexity
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset, motivated for transformation
  • Relatable with outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in agile development processes appreciated
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Drive MDAO capability development and maintenance
  • Translate experience and research into effective methods
  • Architect technical interfaces for MDAO tools
  • Build and validate MDAO reference system
  • Apply MDAO solutions to real-world use-cases
  • Scout and integrate emerging MDAO technologies
