- •Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification
- •Experience as Lead Software Systems Engineer or similar
- •Understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and security
- •Knowledge of architectural patterns and Agile methodologies
- •Knowledge of telecommunications, WiFi, IoT, or avionics
- •Understanding of standard networking protocols
- •Understanding of data security and vulnerability mitigation
- •Familiarity with RF engineering

- •Define uniform software solutions across multiple projects
- •Manage software development with internal and external suppliers
- •Utilize agile development methods for system integration
- •Verify system software within dedicated test areas
- •Perform root cause analysis for software service issues
- •Define and review subcontracted system development tasks
- •Collaborate transparently within a flexible project team
