Requirements
- •Proficiency in personal computers and Windows Operating System
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, and Word
- •Familiarity with USAF Supply/FEDLOG, DPAS, ICOPARS systems
- •Possession of valid home country driver’s license
- •Ability to obtain host nation driver’s license
- •Ability to operate material handling equipment
- •Authorization to work in host country
- •Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, or associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, or major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience
- •Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance
- •10 years’ experience leading a supply chain organization
- •10 years’ experience in ESS/ILSS functions
- •Working knowledge of manual and automated supply accounting systems and AFH 23-123, AFI 23-101, AFMAN 23-122, AFH 23-123 Vol 3, 24-203 Chap 3, AFMAN 25-101 policies and procedures
- •Working knowledge with DPAS
- •Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- •Physical capability to perform all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs

Tasks
- •Supervise ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of parts for USAF asset repairs
- •Perform record keeping and report preparation for supply point functions
- •Formulate procedures to procure parts based on priorities set by supervisors
- •Update supply inventories and prepare status reports as directed
- •Implement quality assurance measures according to program guidelines
- •Order, track, and process all parts requirements, establishing special demand levels
- •Prepare and submit Quality/Material Deficiency reports as needed
- •Receive, review, consolidate, and submit required reports to Superintendents promptly
- •Respond to USAF requests for documentation related to production efforts
- •Participate in the USAF Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) program and address environmental issues
- •Ensure quality of outgoing requisitions and receipt of parts, logging and tracking assets
- •Check received parts for correct type and quantity, assigning bin locations
- •Expeditiously place requested parts on order and affix document control numbers
- •Use DPAS Warehouse for receipt and issuance of all parts
- •Conduct semiannual inventories on all parts and equipment items
- •Guarantee quality of the bench stock program and conduct monthly inventories
- •Perform random checks on document accuracy and compare parts requests to orders
- •Annotate parts records with document numbers after processing
- •Follow up on parts status with the Maintenance Control Specialist
- •Maintain a clean work area to the highest standards
- •Perform TDY in operational areas as required by USAF tasking
- •Review safety plans and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- •Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- •Ensure employee safety training and education
- •Provide leadership and resources for an effective safety and health program
- •Perform other qualified duties as assigned
