- Strong foundation in Systems Engineering
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Design (CAD)
- Basic knowledge of Space Project Management
- Basic knowledge of mission lifecycles (Phase A–D)
- Proactive working style
- Independent working style
- Passion for lunar exploration
- Ability to work in international, interdisciplinary team
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- German is a plus
- Awareness of compliance risks

Tasks
- Advance RAFT project through Phase B2
- Refine mechanical and systems design of Flight Model
- Integrate real-world test data
- Manage complex international interfaces
- Analyze results from NASA MSFC PLANET chamber tests
- Coordinate follow-up test campaigns with WPI
- Integrate design and development plans for subsystems
- Perform detailed mechanical design and CAD modeling
- Analyze alternative mission scenarios
- Adapt Flight Model for various landing platforms
- Refine system-level specifications
- Update development plans and schedules
- Perform updated risk analyses
- Estimate costs
