- Degree from top university or renowned business school (Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Marketing)
- 2–5 years relevant experience in market research, customer insights, marketing analytics, strategy, or consulting
- Solid expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Confident working with Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- First experience with customer experience or survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Confident communication in German and English (written and spoken)
- Structured, proactive work style and enjoyment of collaboration
Tasks
- Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Analyze customer and market insights
- Derive actionable recommendations
- Support target group and segmentation concepts
- Design and manage market research studies
- Evaluate research studies with external agencies
- Support brand tracking and segmentation projects
- Prepare structured and decision-ready reports
- Contribute to Voice-of-the-Customer program
- Create dashboards and closed-loop processes
- Monitor market, industry, and technology trends
- Share findings with internal stakeholders
