Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 5-10 years experience in digital performance marketing, focused on member acquisition, subscriptions, or lead generation
- Experience with subscription-based products and consumer-facing brands
- Experience within travel or lifestyle industry desirable
- High performer with strong knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, analytics tools, and campaign optimisation methodologies
- Analytical, commercially-minded, and data-driven
- Experience across Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, and digital acquisition strategy
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoyment developing creative concepts and high-performing digital ad copy
- Photoshop skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Empathetic, hands-on, innovative working style
- Can-do attitude
- Passion for travel and digital consumer experiences
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Drive digital marketing initiatives for member acquisition and retention
- Manage campaigns across acquisition channels
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven strategies
- Understand and analyze target groups and acquisition funnels
- Take ownership of performance marketing activities
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, Reddit, and affiliate networks
- Conduct audience and creative testing
- Analyze channel effectiveness and campaign performance
- Use analytics and attribution tools to evaluate performance
- Identify emerging marketing trends and new acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, product, and international marketing teams
- Manage external partners, publishers, and agencies
- Share insights and best practices across teams
