Requirements
- B2B marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environment
- Strong field marketing, demand generation, content, or integrated campaign management experience
- Comfortable working with external agencies and partners
- Hands-on paid social campaigns experience, ideally LinkedIn
- Comfortable with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools including AI
- Strong writing and content skills, with eye for clarity, messaging, and detail
- Open source marketing experience or strong interest in open standards
- Enjoyment of iterating quickly, bringing structure to ambiguous problems
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote-first scale-up environments
- Fluent in German and English
Tasks
- Execute field marketing activities in DACH
- Support pipeline generation and regional awareness
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Adapt global marketing activities for the German market
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams on pipeline generation
- Support lead handover and follow-up activities
- Align with Sales on regional priorities and feedback
- Develop demand generation initiatives
- Work with partners on joint campaigns and co-marketing
- Support campaign planning, targeting, and performance tracking
- Create marketing content across various formats
- Adapt content for different channels and audiences
- Ensure content clarity and brand consistency
- Support product announcements with internal teams
- Manage paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn
- Provide clear briefs and optimize campaign performance
- Shape campaign direction with paid media expertise
- Work within HubSpot for campaign execution and reporting
- Manage relationship with HubSpot consultancy partner
- Track and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- Explore AI-based systems in marketing operations
- Plan and execute participation in industry events
- Coordinate event messaging, logistics, and materials
- Support the Matrix Foundation and Matrix Conference
- Drive Element’s visibility and engagement at key events
