- Improve event workflows, documentation, and processes
- Ensure consistent lead generation with Sales and Marketing
- Ensure consistent event follow-up with Sales and Marketing
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Track event metrics regularly
- Report on event performance regularly
