- Align messages with company marketing and product strategy
- Monitor customer communication engagement metrics
- Support continuous improvement of customer communications
- Provide ad-hoc email support for Regional Marketing Managers
- Coordinate sending sample parts for customer outreach
- Coordinate sending sample parts for marketing activities
- Coordinate sending sample parts for events
- Organize and ship parts for trade shows
- Organize and ship event materials for trade shows
- Organize and ship parts for customer meetings
- Organize and ship event materials for customer meetings
- Organize and ship parts for regional marketing activities
- Organize and ship event materials for regional marketing activities
- Maintain sample parts inventory
- Track sample parts for sending
- Track sample parts for return
- Ensure sample parts are accessible for events
- Act as central point for marketing campaigns across EMEA
- Maintain a campaign tracker for weekly meetings
- Provide visibility of upcoming campaigns
- Provide visibility of campaign activation status
