In this role, you will bring strategic messaging to life through various marketing and communication channels, focusing on quality and consistency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating impactful content, managing social media, and supporting events to engage with defense and government audiences.

Requirements

• •3–7 years of experience in marketing and communications
• •Strong writing and content development skills in English
• •Comfort with technical documentation and translating complex tech
• •Strong project management and execution skills
• •Experience in B2G, defence, aerospace, or highly regulated industries
• •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• •Experience with visual design processes or creative project management
• •Experience working with technical products or deep tech
• •Familiarity with defence industry events and media
• •Additional European language skills

Tasks

• •Own and execute marketing and communications strategies
• •Create technical content and visual designs
• •Translate messaging frameworks into website copy and brochures
• •Maintain consistency across all external communication channels
• •Lead social media efforts, focusing on LinkedIn
• •Coordinate newsletter content and press releases
• •Manage the content calendar to align with defence audiences
• •Create or oversee visual design assets, including graphics and templates
• •Ensure event participation aligns with target audiences
• •Localize materials for government and defence stakeholders
• •Prepare senior leadership for industry events and conferences
• •Manage external creative vendors and freelancers
