In this junior role, you will collaborate with experienced marketers to create engaging content and manage social media activities, all while learning and contributing to innovative marketing efforts in the space technology sector.

Requirements

• •1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
• •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or similar fields
• •Ability to write clear, engaging copy in German and English
• •Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and/or YouTube
• •Interest in storytelling, technology, and space/aerospace topics
• •Familiarity with simple video editing or design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or AI platforms)
• •Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into more responsibility
• •Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment
• •Experience with B2B or tech environments
• •Early knowledge of analytics tools (HubSpot, native platform analytics)
• •Curiosity for AI content tools
• •Access to US export-controlled software and/or technology may be required

Tasks

• •Support content development for online and offline channels
• •Draft social media posts and assist with video scripts
• •Repurpose existing content and update editorial calendars
• •Manage social media publishing schedule and prepare posts
• •Upload assets and monitor comments on social media
• •Track channel performance and support visual asset creation
• •Translate technical information into engaging content
• •Collaborate on campaign materials like email drafts and visuals
• •Assist in producing short-form video content
• •Monitor industry conversations and track competitor content
• •Engage with the community through liking and sharing
• •Collect channel metrics and prepare simple reports
• •Extract insights for continuous improvement
• •Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
• •Prepare content drafts and ensure brand consistency
