  • Drive strategic development of Marketing and Commercial Excellence
  • Advance operational marketing and commercial initiatives
  • Build a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Align Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Commercial Operations
  • Contribute to sustainable commercial growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Strengthen brand positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand and corporate identity
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses
  • Implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Manage website, social media, and email marketing
  • Coordinate trade fairs and events
  • Plan content and thought leadership initiatives
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development
  • Design and implement a modern CX program
  • Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints
  • Improve CRM processes for efficiency and transparency
  • Lead commercial excellence and process optimization
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
