- Campaign coordination, budgeting, digital marketing, content commissioning experience
- Excellent written and communication skills (English, German)

- Wide network of music industry contacts (marketing, promotion)
- Newsletter marketing and automation frameworks experience

- Ability to shape brand growth and work with artists
Tasks
- Coordinate marketing activities across in-house labels and Artist & Label Services releases
- Collaborate with in-house label teams to create campaigns for artist and brand visibility
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new and back-catalogue releases and events
- Run digital content campaigns that provide value to artists
- Brief and coordinate with external creative agencies, photographers, and videographers
- Conceptualize and execute campaign-related video content production
- Oversee post-production of video content
- Work with the Creative Producer to deliver digital campaign assets
- Coordinate social media and digital marketing strategies with label teams
- Advise artists, managers, and internal marketing teams on digital best practices
- Coordinate with DSP pitching teams for optimal release pitches
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data
- Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis
- Monitor KPIs and deliver monthly digital marketing reports
- Coordinate paid social and digital advertising campaigns with the Digital Audience development team
- Track campaign budgets and ensure financial compliance
