Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing or CRM, ideally B2B or digital-first environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with A/B testing, funnel/behavioral analysis, experiment design experience
  • Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms, automation frameworks
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to align stakeholders and simplify complex topics
  • Sound understanding of GDPR and privacy-first marketing principles
  • Bonus: Deep experience implementing AI-based workflows or predictive models

Tasks

  • Implement data-driven, AI-powered marketing system improvements
  • Transform complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences
  • Drive AI automation use case design and rollout
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Analytics on automation
  • Optimize lead-to-customer funnels with CRM, Sales, Product
  • Co-own the evolution of the lead scoring model
  • Define and validate new lead scoring signals
  • Measure impact on conversion and sales efficiency
  • Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, Marketing, Data on testing
  • Translate testing insights into reusable patterns and playbooks
  • Build smart, consent-aware journey enablement components
  • Develop segments, decision trees, and templates for journeys
  • Enable CRM and Sales teams to scale journeys
  • Identify bottlenecks using analytics tools
  • Measure automation impact with analytics tools
  • Provide insights for marketing tech and product strategy
  • Align with Engineering on data quality and instrumentation
