Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in market operations, brokerage operations, middle/back office, trade support, or similar
  • Exposure to pre-trade, trading, and post-trade processes
  • Broad knowledge of financial instruments
  • Broad knowledge of market infrastructure
  • Broad knowledge of operational realities with banks, brokers, exchanges, market makers, or fintechs
  • Confidence with reconciliations
  • Confidence with controls
  • Confidence with incident handling
  • Confidence with exception management
  • Confidence with operational reporting in regulated trading environments
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets
  • Comfortable using dashboards
  • Comfortable using internal tools
  • Comfortable using written documentation to manage recurring processes
  • Comfortable using written documentation to drive clarity
  • Structured, detail-oriented, hands-on work style
  • Ownership of recurring operations
  • Focus on critical tasks in dynamic situations
  • Enjoyment of improving broken processes
