Tasks
- Shape global development and access strategy for first-in-class obesity triple agonist
- Lead global Market Access strategy integrated with asset and brand strategy
- Drive early market shaping and access preparation for successful launch and patient access
- Influence clinical development to meet payer, HTA, and health-system requirements
- Define and deliver a differentiated payer value proposition with clinical, real-world, and economic evidence
- Represent Market Access on the Asset Leadership Team for governance and strategic decisions
- Partner cross-functionally and with regional teams to address access barriers
- Govern evidence generation for pricing, HTA, and reimbursement decisions
- Build and lead a high-performing global Market Access team with scalable capabilities
