- •Sailing experience as Master Mariners
- •Trained in ISM and ISO audits
- •Knowledge in QHSE management
- •Excellent verbal and written English
- •Ability to work independently and in teams
- •Physical ability to perform audits onboard
- •Able to travel for ship inspections regularly
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Implement the Integrated Management System and Ship Security Plan.
- •Promote communication between shore departments and ship crew.
- •Ensure seaworthiness of assigned vessels.
- •Manage and follow up on ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, and flag audits.
- •Handle QSSE audits and inquiries onboard vessels.
- •Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- •Conduct accident investigations.
- •Perform regular vessel inspections and port visits.
- •Conduct training for shore staff and ship crew as needed.
- •Act as contact point for flag administrations and support Fleet department with classification societies.
- •Participate in the Emergency Response Team when necessary.
