- Develop and grow prospective partnerships
- Translate strategies into actionable plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Secure financial approval for deals
- Drive distributor performance
- Ensure optimal regional coverage
- Strengthen sales capabilities
- Deliver coaching on value selling
- Manage sales forecasting
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities
- Deliver volume, revenue, and receivables targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Adhere to the Code of Compliance
- Follow legal and regulatory requirements
- Represent the region at country level
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to broader business strategy
