- Verifiable track record of originating and closing major client relationships
- Principal or Associate Partner / Director level or equivalent
- Commercial track record and client ownership
- Ability to "speak Tech" without writing code
- Understanding of data architecture and AI
- Established network of senior client relationships in DACH market
- Ideal experience in pharma, insurance, or chemicals
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Meaningful advantage in French
- Comfortable with traveling
- On-site engagements in the US (up to 5 weeks)
Tasks
- Build and convert high-value opportunities in the DACH market
- Leverage expertise to sell complex solutions in pharma, insurance, and chemicals
- Stay embedded in project delivery to set pace and challenge assumptions
- Bridge the gap between technical execution and C-suite conversations
- Raise the delivery standard by setting and maintaining high expectations
- Source, shape, and close high-value engagements using your network
- Translate business problems into Data & AI solutions
- Lead and shape tech-enabled transformations from problem definition to scaled delivery
- Ensure technical execution aligns with business outcomes
- Challenge clients on scope, pace, and ambition
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to provide context and remove blockers
- Coach engineering and data science teams to enhance performance
