Requirements

  • University degree in Sustainability Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Data/Information Management, or related field
  • Practical experience with core sustainability KPIs (energy consumption, emissions, health & safety)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder coordination capabilities
  • Ability to handle large data volumes with high accuracy
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus
  • Solid spoken and written German
  • Solid spoken and written English
  • Additional language skills are an advantage

Tasks

  • Own global ESG data collection processes
  • Ensure consistent application of definitions and timelines
  • Provide high-quality, timely quantitative data for CSRD/ESRS disclosures
  • Prepare data for internal C-level management reporting
  • Prepare data for external stakeholders
  • Work closely with international interface functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Simplify, harmonize, and standardize ESG reporting processes
  • Support sustainability-related projects with data and analytics
  • Consolidate and validate incoming data
  • Prepare final quantitative data packages for mandatory reporting
  • Prepare data for internal management reporting
  • Provide accurate quantitative inputs for external ratings
  • Coordinate evidence submissions for external assessments
  • Drive process excellence
  • Maintain and update procedural documentation
  • Develop and improve sustainability report
  • Ensure compliance with CSRD reporting requirements
  • Support Sustainability & HSE projects
  • Guide project results into business processes

  • 2 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
