• •Technical skills in pre-season planning and buying for a multichannel direct-to-consumer global brand
• •Deep knowledge of merchandising and retail supply and operations
• •Product knowledge and understanding of inventory principles
• •Interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
• •Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• •Strong creative merchandising skills
• •Fluency in English
• •University degree in business with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
• •Retail knowledge gained through working in stores
• •5 years of typical relevant work experience

Tasks

• •Contribute to new space planning concepts
• •Create floor plans that integrate capacity, consumer journeys, and financial plans
• •Efficiently create layout drawings
• •Analyze datasets to allocate fixture space based on sales and inventory
• •Ensure data integrity of all planograms and assignments
• •Optimize existing floor and capacity plans
• •Proactively analyze the need for changes based on historical data
• •Provide input to the stockroom team
• •Support store opening and refit processes
• •Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams based on KPIs
• •Lead and coordinate the space planning team
