Requirements
- Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, medicine, or business
- Work experience of 2-5 years in management consulting with deep industry-related experience in biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry, or similar
- Functional expertise in data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain management, R&D innovation, or transformation
- Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas
- Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
- Proactive, self-motivated work approach and passion for teamwork
- Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
- Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area for regular office presence
Tasks
- Provide business consulting for the Life Science sector
- Support projects from design to implementation
- Own projects from proposal development to closure
- Handle interactions with internal clients
- Guide project teams in flat structures
- Identify and apply Data & AI opportunities
- Lead strategic projects across various sectors
- Develop strategies at sector or franchise level
- Drive commercial excellence and operations
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues
