- Work in diverse teams with expertise from top-tier consultancies and academic institutions
- Deliver high-impact projects to address critical business challenges
- Collaborate with senior management on local, regional, and global initiatives
- Lead project teams in flat structures from design to implementation
- Identify and apply Data & AI opportunities in projects
- Drive commercial success with expertise in go-to-market design, marketing strategy, and branding
- Manage pricing, portfolio management, and market access strategies
- Own projects end-to-end, from proposal development to project closure
- Handle interactions with internal clients and guide project teams
- Contribute to the company's long-term growth and innovation
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues
- Cultivate a deep internal network through challenging consulting projects
- Experience the direct impact of your work on business and patients worldwide
- Transition into key leadership or expert roles within the company after 2-4 years
