Requirements
- •University degree with scientific, technical, business, or legal background
- •Several years of experience in pharmaceutical, CDMO, CMO, or venture capital industry
- •Strong skills in contract negotiations and transaction management
- •In-depth understanding of intellectual property topics in CDMO and/or CMO industry
- •Solid understanding of pharmaceutical drug development process
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Team player with hands-on mentality, strategic and analytical mindset, and outstanding communication and collaboration skills

Tasks
- •Support regional sales and service teams in implementing service collaborations and contracts
- •Lead negotiations on term sheets and contracts
- •Develop deal concepts and draft IP and commercial terms
- •Review and negotiate standard terms, CDAs/NDAs, and proposals
- •Manage service, supply, license, and development agreements
- •Execute the process through to completion of agreements
- •Act as the point of contact for existing contracts
- •Prepare contract amendments in collaboration with the legal department
- •Advise on securing and leveraging IP assets to enhance profitability
- •Represent product lines at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
