- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus

- Lead digital and AI transformation initiatives
- Embed data-driven workflows into core business processes
- Steer high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects
- Implement sales excellence and broader SBU topics
- Act as functional owner of sales and account management tools
- Drive adoption and data quality of CRM and account planning tools
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Develop high-impact, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership
- Translate complex data into clear, decision-oriented insights
- Drive decisions through high-impact presentations
- Improve collaboration and communication between functions
- Enhance processes, governance, and tools for better collaboration
