Tasks
- Deliver site services scope for the Alzey campus.
- Manage site-related capital projects from conceptual design to completion.
- Lead site projects using project management principles.
- Coach, train, and mentor site project managers.
- Provide guidance to external project management workforce.
- Optimize project approval and prioritization processes.
- Produce and analyze site service metrics data.
- Drive continuous improvement in project planning, execution, and closure.
- Supervise and manage the site services project portfolio.
- Manage internal and external personnel resources.
- Manage financial resources for projects.
- Introduce and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Maintain current project and portfolio management processes.
- Maintain project management tools, education, and metrics.
- Collaborate with site management for continuous improvement.
- Provide key information for tactical and strategic decisions.
- Support project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Support broader site initiatives like business planning.
- Support broader site initiatives like shutdown timing.
- Benchmark with external areas for replication opportunities.
- Share best practices with external areas.
- Serve as a project management consultant and mentor.
- Identify project interdependencies across the site.
- Facilitate collaboration between impacted project managers.
- Develop and maintain project safety execution plans.

- Monitor campus projects throughout their lifecycle.

- Share information and best practices internally.
- Lead project teams of Lilly and Non-Lilly professionals.
