Requirements

  • 5–7 years management consulting or comparable role experience
  • Proven transformation project delivery experience
  • Experience in operating model, organizational design, transformation, governance, agile, digital, or AI transformation
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills
  • Independent stakeholder management ability
  • Solid business and technology link understanding
  • Initial team or workstream leadership experience
  • Exposure to proposal work or business development
  • Experience in large organizations or complex environments
  • Relevant methodology certifications (e.g., Agile, Change)
  • English and German fluency

Tasks

  • Lead workstreams and smaller transformation projects
  • Translate strategic concepts into implementation plans
  • Manage senior client stakeholders
  • Design operating models and governance structures
  • Develop performance frameworks for executives
  • Guide AI transformation initiatives
  • Support team coaching and collaboration
  • Optimize workflows and tool enablement
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Contribute to client growth and proposal development
  • Support account development
  • Identify follow-up business opportunities

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
