Requirements

  • •University degree in Science (Biology, Pharmacy), International Business, Business Administration, ideally with focus on Marketing
  • •Minimum of 5 years work experience in IV Fluids
  • •High analytical and organizational skills with attention to details
  • •Effective communication with excellent negotiation and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • •Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs and Finance
  • •Team oriented, resilient, proactive, results oriented with creative problem solving and innovative mindset
  • •Eagerness to work in multicultural environment
  • •Flexibility and adaptability with demonstrated sense of urgency, aptitude to drive results in a matrix organization/manage cross-functionally, relationship management
  • •Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities
  • •MS Office proficiency
  • •Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • •Willingness to travel

  • •Analyze and evaluate IV Fluids business performance
  • •Support strategic initiatives and portfolio opportunities
  • •Develop understanding of market trends and competitors for IV Fluids
  • •Coordinate long-term plans for IV Fluids
  • •Prepare business cases for IV Fluids projects
  • •Lead projects related to IV Fluids
  • •Coordinate with TechOps teams and other functions on IV Fluids topics
  • •Align with TechOps and Regions on supply strategies
  • •Propose and manage optimization initiatives for IV Fluids portfolio
  • •Review relevant documentation for IV Fluids products
