Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Preferably 3–5 years relevant Controlling experience
  • Advanced MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills
  • Data processing and analysis experience; Python or KNIME knowledge
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
  • High motivation, teamwork, and 'Can-Do' attitude
  • Fluent English skills and German knowledge

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with incentive policies and procedures
  • Manage the quarterly provisioning process with HR and Controlling
  • Engage in target setting discussions with top management
  • Develop reports for target-setting and achievement stages
  • Perform financial analyses on an ad-hoc basis
  • Run quarterly simulations and scenario modeling
  • Enhance concepts and tools for incentive schemes
  • Supervise project activities related to Global Business Solutions
