- Deliver HR service and support to Retail stores
- Support local HR projects and initiatives
- Consult managers and employees on policies and procedures
- Coach junior line managers on people and performance
- Support and execute the People Strategy in Retail
- Support Change Management plans and new Org Design
- Source solutions to build skills and capabilities
- Operationalize the workforce planning process
- Monitor dashboard and analytic trends
- Contribute to the talent pipeline buildup
- Ensure execution of people products and processes
- Adapt communication for the customer base
- Respond quickly to complaints and questions
- Support leaders in people R&R and appraisals
- Manage grievance, absence, and H&S issues
- Handle planning, TA, briefings, and training
Work Experience
- 3 - 5 years
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree

- German – Fluent
- English – Fluent
