  • Deliver HR service and support to Retail stores
  • Support local HR projects and initiatives
  • Consult managers and employees on policies and procedures
  • Coach junior line managers on people and performance
  • Support and execute the People Strategy in Retail
  • Support Change Management plans and new Org Design
  • Source solutions to build skills and capabilities
  • Operationalize the workforce planning process
  • Monitor dashboard and analytic trends
  • Contribute to the talent pipeline buildup
  • Ensure execution of people products and processes
  • Adapt communication for the customer base
  • Respond quickly to complaints and questions
  • Support leaders in people R&R and appraisals
  • Manage grievance, absence, and H&S issues
  • Handle planning, TA, briefings, and training

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
