You will drive the financial transition by leading a dedicated team to centralize controlling tasks, manage complex reporting, and ensure data integrity across global legal entities.

• •Cross-check monthly legal entity results
• •Analyze non-functional costs and overheads
• •Provide insights on unusual financial trends
• •Monitor and maintain appropriate equity levels
• •Distribute top-down plans to legal entities
• •Manage transfer pricing and impairment uploads
• •Provide input for direct cash forecasting
• •Perform regular impairment testing
• •Oversee intercompany service level agreements
• •Manage intercompany pricing and financing
• •Collaborate with financial shared service centers
• •Prepare and present annual balance sheet reviews
• •Contribute to the company's annual report
• •Support internal controls and risk management
• •Coordinate local internal and external audits
• •Respond to requests from statistical bureaus
• •Develop a commercial handbook with legal
• •Design financial controlling concepts for the organization
• •Establish and develop the financial controlling team
• •Centralize tasks from regional markets
• •Train and manage the Finance Officer Community
• •Support the transition of non-finance tasks
• •Drive legal entity simplification projects
• •Lead and develop five team associates
• •Participate in S/4HANA system projects
• •Ensure data integrity during structure changes
