- Forecast- und Planungsprozess inklusive der Vorstandspräsentation mitverantworten
- Regularien regelmäßig prüfen und Richtlinienkorrekturen empfehlen
- Kostenstruktur für administrative Overheads und operationale Prozesse verantworten
- Ad-hoc-Analysen zu speziellen Controlling-Fragen durchführen
- Risikomanagement-Prozess für die Division Bath & Wellness steuern
