Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Deep domain expertise in Automotive MCU, MPU and compute architecture
- Experience engaging with Tier-1 suppliers, semiconductor partners, and OEMs in Europe
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into strategic business opportunities
- Strong team player with positive attitude and proactive work ethic
- Ability to identify and independently pursue strategic opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Fluent English; German proficiency highly preferred
Tasks
- Develop business strategies for microcontrollers and microprocessors in automotive applications
- Understand and analyze market trends and requirements for automotive processing solutions
- Drive business development and revenue growth through customer partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with European Tier-1 suppliers, semiconductor companies, and OEMs
- Champion GF’s technology solutions at customer events, conferences, and webinars
- Define market requirements and create MRDs for new process technology and design IP
- Develop and deploy compelling sales collateral and provide training to the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure all activities comply with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements
