Requirements

  • •Master's degree in business administration with specialization in Accounting
  • •3-5 years proven experience in audit or accounting in an IFRS environment
  • •Proficiency in SAP-FI/CO and advanced Excel skills including VBA and Power Query
  • •Excellent applied knowledge of IFRS and HGB
  • •Solid end-to-end understanding of business operations and financial KPI
  • •Experience in leading projects to conceptualize changes in Accounting
  • •Fluent English and German language skills

Tasks

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB
  • •Manage alignments with external auditors for efficient audit procedures

  • •Screen developments in relevant GAAP and propose adjustments to accounting practices
  • •Optimize processes and showcase advanced accounting practices for the broader community
