- Design and optimize HTML templates and newsletters
- Align messaging with brand and business goals
- Partner with global teams and external vendors
- Deliver high-quality content and digital solutions
- Shape intranet and platform enhancements
- Plan projects and manage budgets to keep initiatives on track
- Drive rollouts and knowledge-sharing across regions
