Tasks

- Develop strategies for maintenance program organization and execution
- Evaluate and optimize equipment, technical standards, and manufacturing processes
- Execute the global Maintenance Excellence Program
- Manage multiple concurrent site projects and programs
- Support project strategy to align with key customer business objectives
- Anticipate trends and prioritize business needs
- Develop departmental plans focusing on business and production priorities
- Control resources and form policies within your area of responsibility
- Plan, monitor, and control investment budgets
- Provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and professional staff
