Requirements

  • At least 5 years of M&A Lead Advisory experience
  • Active network of trusted relationships in Spain
  • Commercial mindset and passion for working with entrepreneurs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Willingness for international travel as needed

Tasks

  • Cultivate and expand your professional network
  • Generate new leads and drive business development activities
  • Oversee the full transaction lifecycle from initial contact to closing
  • Grow and lead your own deal team
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance for deal execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives

  • 5 - 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
