- Lead the Control Room team, including onboarding and shift planning
- Provide continuous feedback to team members
- Optimize processes to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to guidelines
- Handle administrative tasks like holiday requests and documentation
